Scale (in) your world
We hear a lot today about frameworks, methods, practices, principles. The choice and successful introduction at the team level is often challenging enough, but what about doing this at scale? And in a large Enterprises? And in conservative business cultures? In this talk we´ll look practically at what we´ve learned in a Deutsche Telekom project that “scaled agile”. What challenges did we face? What choices were made and what learnings were achieved. We´ll consider the quote “Adapt what is useful, reject what is not, and add what is specifically your own” (Bruce Lee) – how does this approach help us create our own “framework” that supports business goals.
The presentation focuses on experienced realities and will challenge the audience to contribute ideas to form a methods agnostic approach to scaling agile in the provided Telekom context.
