Fostering Scrum Team Evolution
Introducing Agile Methods to an organization is a challenging endeavor. Even if the organizational management supports agility as an activity towards faster business revenue, establishing cross-functional teams and sustaining their evolution seems widely guided by instinct. In this workshop we will take a historic glimpse, investigate aspects of the era from industrialization to 21st century business opportunities. This foundation will provide a basis for the Scrum Master Maturity Model including concepts of group dynamics and learning theory. Revisiting Agile key aspects and bridging them to the Scrum Master Maturity Model will support a better sustained coaching of Scrum Teams. As one major outcome participants will leave this workshop with their personal improvement backlog, including concrete steps on how they are going to apply gained insights moving forward in their daily work.
